A Cleaner Organiser Experience
Following extensive feedback from our organiser base, WotsOn is preparing to launch a substantial upgrade to both the Organiser Hub and Rep Hub in August.
The aim is simple: make the platform easier to use, easier to navigate and better suited to the way organisers manage events, brands, reps, deals, memberships and revenue-generating activity.
This is the first stage in a wider overhaul of the WotsOn organiser experience.
Four Clear Hub Sections
The updated Organiser Hub will be broken down into four clean sections:
Commerce Hub
Marketing Hub
Account Hub
Finance Hub
This new structure is designed to make the platform easier to understand and faster to use.
Rather than asking organisers to work through one broad interface, each core area will have a clearer home. That means less friction, easier navigation and a more intuitive experience when managing different parts of your activity on WotsOn.

A Better Rep Hub
The Rep Hub is also being substantially updated.
The new experience will make it easier for organisers to manage reps, track activity and support ambassador-led growth across their events and brand activity.
Rep programmes are already a powerful way for organisers to grow awareness, reach new audiences and drive sales through trusted networks. With this upgrade, the Rep Hub will become easier to use and better connected to the wider WotsOn platform.
Reps for Events, Deals and Memberships
One of the biggest improvements is that the Rep Hub will support more than ticketed events.
As WotsOn launches Deals and Memberships, organisers will also be able to make these opportunities available to their reps.
That means reps can help promote and sell not only event tickets, but also selected deals and membership opportunities. For organisers, this creates a more flexible way to activate their rep network across a wider range of revenue channels.
Managing More From One Place
The updated Organiser Hub is being designed to support the full end-to-end organiser journey.
That includes creating, launching, managing, promoting and running events, deals, memberships and other revenue-generating activity.
For organisers managing multiple brands, events or campaigns, the improved structure will make it easier to keep everything organised. For teams using reps, deals or memberships, the updated experience will make it easier to connect those tools together.
Built From Organiser Feedback
This upgrade is being shaped by the organisers already using WotsOn.
The feedback we receive from event organisers, venues, promoters and brand partners is central to how we develop the platform. The goal is not to add features for the sake of it. The goal is to improve the experience in ways that make a practical difference to the people using WotsOn every day.
That feedback is combined with the experience of our organiser founders, who bring more than four decades of collective industry knowledge, and the input of our expanded development team, who are focused on improving the full organiser experience.
More Improvements to Come
The August upgrade is the first stage of a wider programme of improvements.
Following this release, WotsOn will continue to enhance core areas of the platform, including Finance Hub reporting, roles and permissions, and other key parts of the organiser journey.
The direction is clear: a stronger, clearer and more intuitive platform for organisers who want to manage events, grow revenue and build stronger relationships with their audiences.
